Tableau Pulse releases today (Feb 22nd) !Will you have access to Tableau Pulse within your Tableau Cloud environment? Maybe, but your Admin (maybe that's you!) will need to have turned it on, since it's actually turned off by default for everyone. To do this, go to the general Admin settings of Tableau Cloud and look for the "Tableau Pulse Deployment" section. You can enable access for all users, or just for a specific group. You'll also see a section titled "Availability of Tableau AI". This is linked to the functionality of Tableau Pulse, and is required for the Insight Summary feature of Pulse - where Tableau creates commentary of your metrics for you in natural language. This isn't obligatory for all Pulse functionality, only the Insight Summary, so consider whether you do want to turn this on or not.If you'd like more guidance, please feel free to contact us.
