Can I say “Did I get it right?” instead of “Did I understand this correctly?”

They aren't generally interchangeably, but you can use 'did I get it right?' in that way. Let's say someone has just told your their phone number, or you have asked people what drinks they want or (perhaps more appropriate in comparison with 'understand'), they have just given you a set of instructions or a lesson in English grammar. If you are unsure you have correctly written down, remembered or understood what was said, you could say something like 'let me see if I've got it right' before repeating what you think was said.

In Polish we would say "Did I guess? or "Did I take a correct guess?" But that will not work in English, right?

No, neither of those would work in English, zaffy.

You might say "Did I guess right?"

    I've got

    it right'

Would an AE speaker also use the present perfect here? If so, would it be 'let me see if

    I've gotten

    it right' ?
