No, they're not the same. You might say "Did I get it right?" if someone asked you a question that they knew the answer to, and they wanted to see if you knew the answer:
Sue: Guess how old I am?
Gustav: Twenty-one. Did I get it right?

They aren't generally interchangeably, but you can use 'did I get it right?' in that way. Let's say someone has just told your their phone number, or you have asked people what drinks they want or (perhaps more appropriate in comparison with 'understand'), they have just given you a set of instructions or a lesson in English grammar. If you are unsure you have correctly written down, remembered or understood what was said, you could say something like 'let me see if I've got it right' before repeating what you think was said.

In Polish we would say "Did I guess? or "Did I take a correct guess?" But that will not work in English, right?
