If there is a pool you’d like to visit but you aren’t staying at the hotel, find someone to let you in. Chat it up with a group of people that are entering the pool and tell them you “forgot your room key” or that you’re staying at (insert hotel name) and wanted to “check this pool out”. Be friendly and most people will oblige. Just don’t let the hotels know you learned this trick from us!
USE SUNSCREEN! It’s sunny all day, almost everyday in Las Vegas. So pack some sunscreen. We don’t want to see you end up with severe sun burns.
Don’t be insecure about your body. Nobody cares what you look like. Seriously, no one cares! Going to the pool in Las Vegas is a way to relax and have fun.

Known as “The Beach”, Mandalay offers guests access to a 1.6 million gallon wave pool, four swimming pools, and a jogging track in addition to a lazy river. A unique feature, Mandalay's pool also incorporates 2,700 tons of real sand.
The Cosmopolitan has three pool areas that are among Vegas' best, and Boulevard Pool, exclusively for hotel guests, is the largest. The multi-level pool has unobstructed fourth-story views of The Strip, along with cabanas, daybeds, bars, and poolside noshes.
The Beach at Mandalay Bay has 2,700 tons of sand that create a shore with the 1.6 million-gallon wave pool for an—almost—authentic beach experience despite being hundreds of miles away from the nearest coastline.
However, one of the best on Las Vegas Blvd. is the one at MGM Grand Hotel. The lazy river is 1,000 feet long, 3.5 feet deep, and flows gently throughout the pool complex. You'll pass cascading waterfalls, the backlot lazy river pool, bridges, lounge chairs galore, and beautiful palm trees.
