Vicky Pattison has shared the hilarious moment her mum confronted a Good Morning Britain star and accused him of being a hypocrite after he congratulated her on winning I'm a Celebrity

Vicky Pattison said her mum had a fiery confrontation with a Good Morning Britain star over remarks he supposedly made about the reality TV personality. Speaking on Rylan Clark's Air Rylan YouTube series, Vicky opened up about her life and career, including an incident following her win on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here.

Andi Peters, a regular on GMB, offered his congratulations to Vicky for her triumph, but then faced the wrath of Vicky's mother Caroll. The altercation took place when Caroll, feeling incensed, approached Andi on the flight back home that they were sharing.

"We were chatting and Andi was saying well done and all this," Vicky recounted.

The ex-Geordie Shore star then recalled her mum storming over, saying: "'You've got a cheek speaking to her. You have changed your tune now she won, how dare you, blah blah blah'."

Vicky mentioned that, unbeknownst to her at the time due to her stint in the jungle, Andi had supposedly previously question why she was included in the competition, reports the Manchester Evening News.

"Poor Andi Peters got an absolute Geordie mother's mouthful," Vicky remarked. "I think he said sorry and f****d off. I felt so sorry for him. Bless him, I don't think he knew where to put himself."

Rylan added his thoughts, suggesting it was a learning moment for Andi Peters, whom he described as a genuinely lovely person. He noted: "I suppose it is a lesson for Andi Peters, who is a dear, dear, dear lovely man. It is a lesson - you never know who you are going to bump into."

Rylan and Vicky also took a walk down memory lane during the episode, mulling over their careers and recalling the first days they met. Vicky joked about feeling her age because of her irritation with trivial matters that seem insignificant to the younger generation.

Rylan agreed, sharing his own frustration with wheelie bins, especially the hassle of having to rent extra green ones – a topic that left Vicky in stitches. In exasperation, Rylan exclaimed: "Don't talk to me about bins."

He detailed the annoyance of being charged for bin rentals by the council: "They want you to put everything in a sack. I'm sorry love, I've done well, I've got an acre-and-a-half of f***ing grass, it ain't going in a sack. So I've had to pay the council for four wheelie bins - £60 a bin - that's 240 quid a year, rent. Rent! I don't own the f***ing wheelies."

"This is not the conversation of two young people," Vicky conceded, humorously indicating how times have changed for them both. This nostalgic exchange happened on the back of some major career updates shared by Vicky earlier this year.

Taking to social media, she posted a heartfelt announcement alongside standout photos from her tenure at Heart North East radio, revealing that model Kelly Brook would be stepping into her shoes.

In her post, she expressed a bittersweet goodbye: "It is with a heavy heart I say that after almost 2 years getting you guys home from work, back from school, heading out with the gals and everything in-between our little radio show has come to an end.

"As a proud Geordie I have absolutely loved presenting @thisisheart in the North East- it has honestly been a dream come true- the most incredible adventure. From having it on my vision board to actually hosting the Great North Run, to skating with @disneyonice gang at @arenanewcastle and the endless laughs we've had along the way!".

"I will miss the time spent up here, the extra time it allowed me to spend with my family and friends in the north and mostly I will miss my amazing team at @thisisheart- @adamlawrance @producercharlotte @splodg @samlaveryy @tombrammer34 @gilo80 and David. And honestly, I can't wait to see what everyone achieves next."
