PC/windows system requirements:
At minimum Microsoft windows XP or Microsoft windows 7 32-bit that is recommended and supports the Virtual DJ software.
Minimum Requirements for using virtual DJ in PC/ windows:
- At minimum you need to have Intel Pentium 4 processor or AMD XP with 1024x768 display resolution and direct compatible soundcard.
- Your PC must have minimum 512 MB ram and free storage of 50 MB on the hard drive.
Recommended requirements for using virtual DJ in PC/ windows:
- It is recommended that you must have Intel core 2 processor or the AMD Athlon X2 processor for better and smooth experience with Microsoft windows 7 installed in it and display resolution of 1280x1024 or higher.
- Multi channel Direct and compatible soundcard.
- Recommended ram of 1GB which is 1024 MB and 200 MB free storage on the hard drive.
If you also want to mix videos then you might need some additional requirements like 2GB RAM and NVIDIA or ATI video card of custom built DDR3 RAM. Your vieo card must support the output of dual screen.
Mac system requirements:
Minimum requirements for using Virtual DJ in Mac:
- At minimum your Mac should include Intel processor or Mac OS version 10.5.x with display resolution of 1024x768.
- Core Audio compatible soundcard
- And 1 GB RAM (1024 MB RAM) along with 50 MB of free storage on the hard drive.
Recommended requirements for using Virtual DJ in Mac:
- It is recommended that your Mac should include Intel processor or Mac OS version 10.6.x snow leopard with display resolution of 1440x900 for better and smoother experience.
- Multi channel core audio compatible soundcard is also recommended.
- And RAM of 2 GB (2048 MB RAM) along with 200 MB of free storage on the hard drive.
If you also want to mix videos you will need some additional requirements of NVIDIA or ATI video chipset with 256MB of custom built DDR3 RAM and your video card must support the output of dual screen.
