Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.
Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.
Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.
Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority-approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.
NAV Error means an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or class as more fully described in the NAV Error Policy.
Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.
Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.
Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
Product Know-How means, as owned, licensed or controlled by Seller and exclusively related to the Product Business, including as developed in connection with the Clinical Trials, the research and development information, validation methods and procedures, unpatented inventions, know-how, trade secrets, technical or other data or information, or other materials, methods, procedures, processes, materials, developments or technology, including all biological, chemical, clinical, manufacturing and other information or data, other than such know-how which is or becomes the subject of a patent or of a provisional or filed patent application.
API means American Petroleum Institute.
Manifest Error means any error that we reasonably believe to be obvious or palpable, including without limitation, offers to execute Transactions for exaggerated volumes of Underlying Assets or at manifestly incorrect market price quotes or prices at a clear loss.
Product Backlog means a list of those Stories that do not form part of the current Sprint Plan at that time and which are to form the subject of a future Sprint, either in the current Release at that time or a subsequent Release;
Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate) meets 1 or more of the following:
Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.
Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.
Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient or “API” means the active pharmaceutical substance of the Drug in bulk form prior to incorporation into the Product.
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.
Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:
Product Specification means a file attached to the application for the protection of a geographical indication, in which the specifications with which the spirit drink has to comply are set out, and which was referred to as a ‘technical file’ under Regulation (EC) No 110/2008;
Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
Active Ingredient means the clinically active material(s) that provide pharmacological activity in a pharmaceutical product (excluding formulation components such as coatings, stabilizers, excipients or solvents, adjuvants or controlled release technologies).
Product Specifications means those product, labeling and performance specifications for the Product filed with and approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority, including Product formulae, labeling, and materials required for the manufacture of the Product that is to be purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are set forth on Schedule 1.25, which specifications may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
