I thought Japanese women only use Watashi whether the setting is formal or informal.. Until I saw a young woman on her early 20s using both Watashi and Ore pronouns on her casual conversations. (more watashi than ore) Apparently she's a celebrity. I felt shocked. Please help me shed a light on this.

Konnichiwa! This is a good question and you know Japanese pronouns well. People should think she is an impolite or a strange person if she uses 'ore' everywhere.
I don't know either why she uses 'ore'. I thought a few reasons.-She may be an Otaku.-She has been pretended a character who uses 'ore'-She would like to show her uniqueness with 'ore'.
I suppose that she uses 'Watashi’ in a formal environment.
I hope this answer will help you!
