Below is a formal and polite equivalent (synonym) of 'remember' which you can use in your business or professional pieces of writing.
The below synonym should only be used when talking or asking about something which happened in the past (e.g. 'I remember speaking to him'), not with ordering people to do things (e.g. 'remember to speak to him'). For ordering people to do things, you should use ensure (e.g. 'ensure that you speak to him') instead.

This is a formal and better sounding way to say 'remember'.
