Yes, the venue is outdoors.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You must use Custom House station toarrive at the venue unless you travel bytaxi.
Entrance tothe event site is via afloating pontoon bridge across the Royal Dock next toCustom House. We’ve had this specially installed for the event and will not appear online or on any maps. You will be directed byour stewards from the exit of Custom House station.
The easiest way toaccess Dockyards London is via Custom House Station, which is served bythe Elizabeth Line (operating only on 10/09) and the DLR (operating on 10/09 and 11/09). The DLR offers frequent train service routing via Canning Town, Bank and Stratford. There will be additional DLR trains in service on the Sunday.

Please use our drop-off and pick-up point, located at Dockside Car Park, Dockside Road, London E162QT.
Ataxi rank will be in operation at the end of the event, along with adedicated area for private hire vehicles, including Uber and Bolt.

IAM CONCERNED ABOUT COVID-19 – SHOULD IATTEND THE VENUE?
All of our venues will be following the latest Government Guidance toensure the safety of all of our guests. However, you are responsible for deciding whether or not you should attend the venue and, prior toattending, carry out your own personal risk assessment based on your own age, health and susceptibility toinfection and clinical vulnerability and of those in your household or support bubble (based on current government guidelines).
WHAT IS YOUR TICKETING POLICY?
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.
Tickets can either be printed or, in the case of e-tickets, displayed on your mobile.
Please bring avalid form of photographic ID with you tothe event (please note, weonly accept valid passports, foreign national ID cards, driving licences or Home Office approved PASS cards as identification and/or proof of age).
If there is aname on your ticket, you must provide avalid photographic ID tomatch this name.
Any fake, invalid or duplicate tickets will be rejected.

YOUR CONDUCT
Dockyards has azero-tolerance for non-consensual behaviour.
If you are seen tobe making someone feel uncomfortable, harassing or assaulting anyone, you will be dealt with accordingly;
– You will be reported tosecurity.
– You may be reported tothe Police and they may be called tothe venue.
– You will be ejected from the venue.
– You will be banned from entering the venue in the future.
Please be aware that uniformed and plain-clothed security will constantly monitor all spaces both in person and on CCTV throughout the event.

FEELING UNWELL
If at any time you feel unwell and need assistance, please make yourself known toone of our team located throughout the venue. Wewill have dedicated welfare and medical teams located on site. Weoperate an open door policy and you are welcome toseek help at any time without any judgement.
SPIKING
The venue has azero tolerance policy on drink tampering or spiking of any kind.
– All guests are subject toathorough search when accessing the venue.
– Drink lids are available for free on request from behind the bar.
– Uniformed and plain clothed security are constantly monitoring all spaces both in person and on CCTV.
– Anyone caught spiking will be immediately dealt with byour security team, reported tothe police, prosecuted and banned from the venue.
CAN IBRING MY PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE OR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TOTHE VENUE?

ARE THERE ANY PROHIBITED ITEMS I’M NOT ALLOWED TOBRING?
Please note you are NOT permitted tobring into (or use) any of the following items into the venue; illegal substances; legal highs or any other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing gum; point and shoot cameras; bottles; weapons; ammunition; horns; whistles; drums, megaphones, amplification equipment, klaxons, air horns; fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, explosives, firearms, knives, blades; or any other article which may be used as aweapon or missile, or which may, in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption tovisitors at the venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes); large bags; hi-visibility tabards or similar; sponsorship, promotional or marketing material; marker pens, spray paint or any other similar items that may be used tomark infrastructure
Wereserve the right toconfiscate any Prohibited Items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given tocustomers who are refused admission due topossession of Prohibited Items.
Animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted in the venue.
CAN IBRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
You’re not permitted tobring food or drink into the venue.
There will be adelicious range of food and drink options. You can ask for free drinking water from our bars.
CAN ISMOKE/VAPE AT DOCKYARDS?
Within the designated smoking areas, yes. If you are caught smoking anywhere except for the designated outdoor smoking areas, you will be ejected from the venue without arefund.
WHAT DOES THE CHALLENGE 25 POLICY MEAN?
If you are lucky enough tolook under the age of 25, you may be asked toshow identification toprove your age tobe granted entry tothe venue for all shows where age restrictions apply.

WHAT IS THE DOCKYARDS' DRUG POLICY?
Dockyards operate astrict zero tolerance drugs policy. Searches will be in operation and this is acondition of entry tothe venue.
Any customer concerned over any part of the search will be discussed individually and the process explained bystaff. The customer can refuse and leave the venue at any point should they not wish tocontinue with the search.
Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution.

Lockers will be available for hire at the venue.

You can fit around 3-4 normal sized jackets in asmall locker. You’ll need topay a£10 refundable deposit on top of this. Because you can access your belongings whenever you like using your own key, it’s advisable tolock your phone and wallet away rather than carrying them in your bag or pocket.
